今日のテーマは、「国際協力とテロ 邦人の安全確保」。ダッカのテロ事件についてです。
かつて、仕事で、開発コンサルタント職の方々にお世話になる機会がありました。途上国の厳しい環境をものともしない、タフで優秀な方が多かったことを覚えています。
犠牲となった方々のご冥福を、心よりお祈りいたします。

☆内容ポイント
・バングラデシュ・ダッカでの襲撃事件を踏まえ、政府は、外務省とJICA職員で構成される「国際協力事業安全対策会議」の設置を決めた。来月中にも新たな安全強化策をまとめる。
・現在、１５４か国・地域で、約２万６０００人の日本人が政府開発援助（ＯＤＡ）関連活動を行っている。政府は企業や現地当局と連携し、危機管理に万全を尽すべき。
・今回のテロ事件は、「イスラム国」の関与が濃厚とみられる。狂信的な考えが、各国の過激派や若者らに浸透しつつある。関係国は、情報共有や出入国管理を強化し、「イスラム国」につながる国内過激派の摘発と政情の安定に努めねばならない。
