おはようございます。RIEです。

 

早いもので、もう4月。日本では2017年度が始まりましたね。

 

そして今日はまさに、多くの新社会人がデビューする日ではないでしょうか。

きっと緊張の面持ちでそれぞれの入社式に出席しているのでは。

うーん、初々しい!^^

 

 

そんなフレッシュな気持ちなどとうに忘れてしまった私ですが、応援の気持ちを込めて、今日は仕事と人生について考えたいと思います。

☆内容ポイント

 ・政府の「働き方改革実行計画」がまとまった。非正規社員の待遇を改善するための同一労働同一賃金の実現、長時間残業の規制が柱である。

・企業活動を優先して労働規制を緩和してきた流れの大転換であるが、残業時間規制の甘さ、「高度プロフェッショナル制度」の矛盾点などの問題も残る。実効性の確保も課題であり、企業へのチェック体制を強化する必要がある。

・働き手不足を背景に、働き方の改善が大きな流れになっている。政府は抜け穴を許さない制度設計に努めるべきだ。

今日のテーマは、「働き方改革」でした。

 

今日のブログタイトルには「がんばれ新社会人!」とありますが、それぞれが自分の夢や希望する人生を実現するために全力を尽くせますように、との願いをこめて書きました。

心身を壊してまでがんばる必要はないですからね~!^^;

 

 

それにしても、働き方とは、まさに時代を映す鏡だと思います。

私が大学を出た頃は、産休・育休もまだそれほど一般的ではなく、男性の育児休暇取得にいたっては想像すらできなかったような…。(イクメンという言葉もなかった。。)

 

それぞれの個人や家庭の事情に合わせて、もっと多様な働き方が選択できるようになるといいですね。

今日社会に出た世代の人々が第一線で活躍するころには、そのような社会になっていますように。
