今日のテーマは、「最低賃金」についてです。
私たちにも身近な話題ですね。

「働き蜂が女王蜂に最低賃金UPをアピールしている」…ということでしょうか？
ちなみに、「最低賃金制度」の概要は以下とのことです（上記サイト参照）。
- 最低賃金法に基づき国が賃金の最低額を定め、使用者は、その最低賃金額以上の賃金を労働者に支払わなければならないとする制度
- 産業や職種にかかわりなく、各都道府県に１つずつ、全部で４７件の最低賃金が定められている。
この最低賃金の金額を、いくらに設定するべきか。
今年度の改定案をめぐり、ただいま議論の真っただ中のようです。

☆内容ポイント
・今年度の最低賃金の改定にむけ、政府の議論が大詰めを迎えている。安倍政権の「１億総活躍プラン」では最低賃金を毎年3％ずつ上げるとしている。実現すれば過去最大の伸びとなる。非正規社員の待遇改善を含めた働き方改革は「１億総活躍プラン」の最優先課題であり、安倍政権の本気度が試される。
・現在の日本の最低賃金は、世界的に見ても低い水準にある。また、アベノミクスで失業率が改善されたとされるが、増えているのは最低賃金に近い報酬の非正規社員である。最低賃金の引き上げ、および「同一労働同一賃金」の導入は、生活を重視するワーク・ライフ・バランスの実現に貢献し、働き方改革を支える土台となるだろう。
