ハーグ仲裁裁判所より、中国の海洋進出の流れを変えうる（？）判決が出ました。

☆内容ポイント
・南シナ海の領有権に関して、オランダ・ハーグの仲裁裁判所は、「南シナ海のほぼ全域に自国の主権が及ぶ」という中国の主張を全面的に退ける判決を下した。国連海洋法条約に基づくフィリピンの訴えを支持したもの。
・中国は、「仲裁裁が扱うべき案件ではない」、「裁決は無効であり、拘束力はない」として、判決の受け入れを拒否している。
・国連海洋法条約加盟国である中国には、判決を順守する義務がある。裁決を無視すれば、中国の無法ぶりが際立ち、国際的な孤立が深まるのは避けられない。
・日米などG7が主導し、中国に判決尊重を粘り強く促す必要がある。
